Go to the mission select screen, highlight the "Battle of Calamari" mission and then press right twice to move to the "Death Star trench run" mission. Once that is done, the Death Star trench run will be unlocked. To unlock the second bonus mission, get a silver medal on every mission. Beggar's canyon is a race mission where you have to try to beat three other pilots. Go to the mission select screen, highlight the "Battle of Calamari" mission and then press right to move to the "Beggar's Canyon" mission. Once that is done, Beggar's canyon will be unlocked.
